Colloidal Silver Generator:

The term stems from the 1975 invention of Dr. Beck et al., wherein three nine-volt batteries were used to “sinter” molecules of silver into aqueous solution. Molecular silver of sufficient density naturally merges its molecules together into the next size up-colloids.
